It Is A Good Deed That Never Ends

Muhammad, upon him, be peace, said: “When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased).” (Muslim)

Nikah Ceremony at Southend Mosque

Marriage is a hugely rewarding act of worship and a great sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ.

However, nowadays the process of organising a wedding can be complex and daunting. Good planning and preparation are key to making things simpler and stress-free. So, to help you get started, we have set out these simple guidelines to help you secure a perfect venue for your Nikah Ceremony.

The Quran, the last revealed word of God, is the primary source of every Muslim’s faith and practice.  It deals with all the subjects which concern human beings: wisdom, doctrine, worship, transactions, law, etc., but its basic theme is the relationship between God and His creatures.  At the same time, it provides guidelines and detailed teachings for a just society, proper human conduct, and an equitable economic system.

The true character of a Muslim is only revealed through hard work and determination. We need volunteer’s to help us in mosque affairs and for Friday Congregational Prayers.
